Cake Wallet is an open source wallet, originally a Monero only wallet currently allowing you to buy, sell and store Bitcoin (BTC), Monero (XMR), Litecoin (LTC) and Haven (XHV). With Cake Wallet, you hold your own private keys and is available for both iOS and Android devices.

Cake Wallet includes a built-in exchange feature which allows users to trade one cryptocurrency for another within the application via a user-friendly interface, making the process easy for beginners. The wallet provides exchange services from third parties in the app like Changenow, SideShift, MoonPay, Wyre, and Ionia (for gift cards)

Being a relatively small business, the developers of the Cake Wallet app may have less resources and support than larger, more established companies. The app also does not have a wide range of supported cryptocurrencies as compared to other mobile wallets. However, Cake Wallet has a strongly active, social presence and the wallet along with its developers, are highly respected in the Crypto community.
